She really should be calling the governor for National Guard assistance. And if the governor says no...well, that’s just too bad. Those CHOP folks aren’t affecting other states. So this isn’t a federal issue. It is, at most, a state issue.
I’d prefer Trump to stay out of it completely. Except to make comments, of course.
