I wonder if the banks have long since turned off their ATM machines in that area, or if they just got emptied by people who live there. I'd love to see a total obliteration of that area, one which would principally turn the protesters into smithereens. That's what you get for trying to take over a piece of the United States. Put the idiot commie mayor right in the middle of her "baby" before you do it.
Even more to the point, who is on the payroll to re-stock the ATM? That sounds like a task that involves some security.
