I don't think there's even enough State Police to enforce this crap. And it's possible the NYPD wouldn't even waste their time. Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance made a terrible mistake letting all the looters and arsonists off. He screwed the cops who brought them in, and he screwed the people of New York City...the same ones Cuomo is threatening to arrest. Good luck with that.
