Witch burning is no different then social justice
Witches were hung or pressed to death.
I live across the river from Salem which
makes big buck$ off the witch histories.
Traffic horrible in Oct. I did see a
good play (actually put on in my own
city, Beverly) about a judge of accused
witches in puritan times. (Spoiler: at
end a bunch of nooses dropped from
above, implying “we are all guilty...”).
I am seeing it as very much the same. Right now we have the entire media engaging in mass hysteria to find the "witches (racists) among us.
They take anything to represent "evidence" of racism.
Yes, the conformist Puritan types are doing it again.
