Saw a picture of a ‘similar’ event in the town near me that had ‘hundreds’ gather in the park and one picture shows some gentlemen with their masks on, on one knee BUT in the middle of the picture is a White Woman on both knees and her face on the ground. (From what I could see in the pic, she was middle aged at the least)
Last week in a nearby MD county whites were on their knees taking the ‘pledge’ from the Black organizers of a ‘rally’.
Years ago(1976) we had a robbery in a fast food restaurant and the crew was marched into the freezer laid down, face on the ground and 4 executed with a couple of bullets to the back of the head.
(Apparently only 1 perp who got 4 (one of the victims survived) life sentences and eligible for parole in 90s and (reportedly) died in prison in 2009)
I commented at the time that in a similar situation, UNLESS I was #1 in line the ONLY way I would take one in the back of the head is if there was a footprint on my back.
THAT is the only way I would ‘take’ a knee, other than while engaged in prayer and these days any ‘talking’ to the Lord is while in the position I am in at the time.
This morning I was on the Nextdoor app. Some virtue signaling rich white lady was all aflutter about helping organize a bow to our black overlords rally in the bad part of town.
She was all excited about laying down for eight minutes.
She made all kinds of generalizations about how wicked the average cop is.
I had to chime in. I asked her to provide the actual data fro her talking points including the citations.
She came back and told me to go to Google and “educate” myself.
So I did and presented her with several reports including a recent scholarly paper showing clearly that the police do not act racially. Including citations. I told her that I’d do the hard work and all she had to do to educate herself was to read.
Suddenly she got really busy and checked out. Surprise
