I have thought the same thing for a while. The party will string old Joe along until the convention. He will think it is his birthday party anyway.
Cuomo has been getting a lot of press adoration and some bad press also. The rat media will ignore him for a while, let the bad press sift away, then presto! he will come in to save the party.
