When blacks get degrees in STEM and business instead of hyphenate-studies perhaps they can bridge that gap. If college isn't right for a person, then a learning a trade is good. Lastly, very few are going to get rich by working for someone else. There are three options: 1.) Own and operate a business. 2.) Investing. 3.) Real Estate. All of these require capital, so you have to get a decent job to begin with and save. By the way, all of the above applies to everyone regardless of color. I should also note, no one gets wealthy from socialism. (Except the few tyrants at the top)
