I don’t know why it would surprise anyone that they were capable of this. It’s always been known it starts at a very early age. These hoodlums have had years of experience in killing small animals. I think when (IF) these cretins are caught and prosecuted, their parents have to face TV cameras and explain how they raised such not-so human offspring. But not likely there would be TWO parents involved in any of their lives! And we’re supposed to feel sorry for the darlings?? We’re supposed to accept that it’s OUR FAULT they behave like wild beasts?
