Someone wanted to practice their skills. That’s hardly a wound requiring a tourniquet. A band-aid maybe. LOL
Some of us have real scars.
Tourniquet should only be applied when arterial bleeding is present. It is a “life or limb” decision. Leaving that tourniquet on may cause the guy to lose that leg. Stupid.
