How does a militia member do anything if LE forbids them to act. If a militia member shoots a looter not directly threatening himself/family or his property he goes to jail ... maybe for a very long time. Clearly worded laws need to be passed to protect not just militia members but also ordinary citizens who in the process of protecting their towns, homes or businesses injure or kill a looter/rioter from both criminal and civil prosecution. Having all the guns in the world does not help if no one can use them. There also needs to be laws that enable LE agencies to stop the buses full of rioters that have recently been terrorizing rural towns and cities

If your militia is well organized and keep the minutes of every meeting with operations within the law,I don’t see a problem. So you ventilate a commie. Self defense.

Read Dr Vieira’s “Constitutional Homeland Security.” He answers that. You don’t call it a militia. It’s a neighborhood watch.

or in lawfully SUPPRESSING ANY RIOT!!!!
