Houston’s police chief basically said black AND brown lives matter and the damage was all caused by white guys with skateboards.
So how is ALL lives matter racist or insensitive but black AND brown lives matter not divisive, exclusionary, or appropriation?
The chief of police is a hispanic leftwing hot head who lied and defended some crooked cops (who tried to plant evidence) when they killed a hispanic couple in their own home.
