Well the President kind of deserves the criticism for appearing with Christianity’s Holy Bible in front of a pagan institution.

The liberal media mouthpieces sure got this talking point out fast, I saw the exact same story with the words “teargas” and “prop” turn up on about 20 different news stories within an hour of the event.

Huh. He cares more about your church than you do.

The reverend is another progressive claiming to be filled with love, compassion, humility, inclusiveness, understanding and acceptance yet is extremely selective in exercising these “values”. Anyone who has read the New Testament would find it impossible to reconcile the comments of this church leader with his teachings.

The politicization and secularization of church hierarchy and administration is driving the flock away and destroying mainstream denominations. The people cannot know Christ in a church led by people who do not know or respect him.

The night before, the police and secret service risked their lives to save that church. I’m sure Trump, when he saw what was happening. Now this useless hemorrhoid is notching about it.

I am a proud rehabilitated episcopalian. They were a bunch of liberal jerks when I bailed in 1970.

My initial question — were protesters actually tear gassed to clear a path for the president?

Or is that merely this female cleric’s assertion?

In other words, is she lying?

I would have preferred that the POTUS would have found a Christian place of worship from which to make his point...

It was sort of like the Pope standing inside a mosque (which is certainly equivalent to Dante's 6th circle of Hell) and wishing everyone a merry Christmas...

Speaking as a former Episcopalian who was raised in an Episcopal church that used the Latin Mass and was a shining example of Christianity (the church NOT me)... I would like to have seen the POTUS standing in the wreckage of this vile communist institution saying: "You made your bed, now sleep in it!"

“Her” pastorship immediately makes me suspect liberalist church.

Another pastor of this church was on FOX earlier and I did not get any “outrage” at Trump.

Speaking of which, where is her outrage over the THUGS that burned her own church?

What the HELL is wrong with people these days?

FOX interviewed the minister/priest of the church right after the President went there. He was ecstatic, almost crying with joy. This Bishop person (and I use the term lightly) is pathetic.

Qualifications of Bishops

3 The saying is sure: If any one aspires to the office of bishop,[a] he desires a noble task. 2 Now a bishop must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, sensible, dignified, hospitable, an apt teacher, 3 no drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, and no lover of money. 4 He must manage his own household well, keeping his children submissive and respectful in every way; 5 for if a man does not know how to manage his own household, how can he care for God’s church? 6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may be puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil;[b] 7 moreover he must be well thought of by outsiders, or he may fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.[c]

Episcopal Church is not so much a church anymore as it is a political party. An episcopal service on Sunday is the loneliest place in town. Their pews have been abandoned in the last few decades as they converted to a political party
