The looters are working neighborhoods and districts. They appear to prefer upscale shoes and electronics, as most young looters would be expected.
Just seems to me like the leaders have a list of ‘we rob these stores first’.
I will admit I was shocked when they looted the Dollar Tree in MSP.
Not my first choice were I to loot.
