and Right) want to make it into a race issue, but it is actually an authority issue. My post on that below, including a link to a video of a
white man who was gunned down after being given the most confusing orders. Also, if your home gets ‘Swatted’ by some prankster and SWAT shows up thinking you’re a criminal and conduct a no-knock raid, one would quickly realize it’s not a race issue at all but rather an authority over civilians issue (ironically though, police officers are civilians but some of them forget that). It kind of reminds me of this incident - this clip cuts off before the man gets shot, but what’s important is how the cop kept giving instructions until the person was unable to do them ...and was shot.

By the way, just to be clear MOST police officers are good citizens. But there is a significant minority who are anything but civil. Also, it’s not a white cop vs Black person issue. The video above is white cop vs white person, and a person I know who is former MARSOC (and white) posted a video of a black police officer harassing his place of business. Thus it’s not a color issue but rather a power-over-citizens issue
