Okay ... just to be a nit picker ... the quote is "I'm prepared to say that I have a record of over 40 years ... and that I am going to be/beat Joe Biden. Look at my record."

Personally I hear the "T" on the end of the phrase but in context I think he's trying to say he's gonna be the same old white dude he's been for the last 40 years. He's going to "be" that same ultra liberal creepy socialist lite Joe Biden.

But it’s not a matter of what he actually said, it’s a matter of censorship. Its a matter of people being told WHAT they heard and that their perceptions don’t count unless they are the correct perceptions.
