It’s like the cops who beat the stuffing out of a citizen while yelling: “Stop resisting!”

It kind of reminds me of this incident - this clip cuts off before the man gets shot, but what’s important is how the cop kept giving instructions until the person was unable to do them ...and was shot.

By the way, just to be clear MOST police officers are good citizens. But there is a significant minority who are anything but civil. Also, it’s not a white cop vs Black person issue. The video above is white cop vs white person, and a person I know who is former MARSOC (and white) posted a video of a black police officer harassing his place of business. Thus it’s not a color issue but rather a power-over-citizens issue.
