however, this video shows the absolute stupidity of cops......three cops there that we see and they still had to resort to keeping him face down on the pavement with a knee to his neck....
its hard to defend such tactics...
I retired from Law Enforcement 10yrs ago and right before I left, there was a big push to prevent what is called “positional asphyxia”. Once a suspect has been restrained and is no longer resisting, you are supposed to roll them to their side slightly to ease stress on their diaphragm. Once the suspect says repeatedly that they can’t breathe, you better be taking steps to let them breathe or you are headed towards what happened here. This was preventable.
