One of my neighbors had several severe strokes. His speech and thoughts were garbled. After about a year, they put him on an alzheimer’s medicine and how he can talk relatively well- not sure the name.
I am being they put Joe on this as his speech has improved and he is quicker with responses. Also, hillary seems to be better from her time campaigning last time.
