Just as aside at no store here in South Carolina that I’ve seen can one buy formula from a store’s aisle. It’s all locked in a case or kept behind the customer service counter.
Probably different in different states. Like ink cartridges in CA were locked up behind glass. When we moved to TN, they weren’t.
(Why would formula be locked up? I never had babies so don’t understand why that would be.)
