This is LITERALLY the state’s Official policy (no sarcasm): release dangerous covid patients from prison. Quarantine them among the most vulnerable at nursing homes. Prohibit noninfected family members from visiting nursing homes.
Is there anyone here who really thinks this is just incompetence and not all deliberate by Democratic governors?

This practice has happened in NY, NJ, PA, and MI - that we know of! ...all by D’s.
