Really...i guess we really need new words to convey same ol’crap. E.g.

He was on BLAST...
he was severely criticizing

Give him his props...
Recognize his valuable contribution

He got dissed...
He was demeaned

Social distancing...
Stay a minimum of 6 feet away

Net influencer...
Some people agree with that persons viewpoint

Gone viral....
Increased exponentially

Sorry...getting tired of the new lingo which has very non specific meanings
