Governor of Washington will not be outdone:
1. To open a bar, you have to collect tracing information from every patron.
2. Opening ‘centers’ where children will be taken from families afflicted with Wuhan Flu and ‘managed’.
3. Plans on deploying the National Guard to collect trace data.
