I’m a realist, this will never happen and doubtful anyone will get anything more than a slap on the wrist.

With as many anti-Constitutionalists as there are even here on FR who keep telling me the Constitution is a moot point, I’d say it’s another case of “too big to fail”.

Because if Obama goes down he takes down almost everyone in the District of Corruption, with the exception of President Trump.

If somebody doesn’t hang for this, then they better have a good excuse for even thinking of prosecuting the next case that comes along. I don’t see where there is anyone in politics that is “too big to fail”. Not prosecuting some in this case to the full extent of the law sets a terrible precedent for the DOJ.
