I disagree. Betty Friedan, Gloria Steinem, Andrea Dworkin, Catherine McKinnon. All heterosexuals.

The powerful feminists were heterosexuals. What are they liked it or not.

In the early ‘70s, there was a movement within feminism to say that to be a committed feminist you should be a lesbian. But it failed. It was merely hey philosophical concept. However inconvenient it might be, only a small minority of feminists are lesbians.
