Mandatory anything is tyranny, regardless if if it is being promoted by government, or a foundation.
Understand how the Rockefeller's got all this money to initiate a 'foundation'.
They created a monopoly in business; now they want to monopolize 'contract tracers' to know with whom you associate.
I question the wisdom to comply, and what is their true interest.
