The article never mentioned inserting anything physically into anyone. That was likely deliberate bait inserted in the headline because the site knew it would set people off.

I read the entire article (most of it was posted), I saw no mention of “implanting” ANYTHING. Also, it was always “contact tracing” (an act) not “TRACERS” a THING.
So, before you get your panties in a bunch (wad) this is a “GOOD” thing. It’s VOLUNTARY! If you object, DON’T PARTICIPATE!
