Unfortunately, the video doesn’t state her name in it. She does say the live stream is captured and stored in the Cloud but, this happened just today so, it’s likely she hasn’t had time to make it available yet. Apparently, the first person she reached out to to get out the word regards to what happened to her is Bill Still.

Bill Still said that if she has not had her cell phone no one would believe her story. I do not believe partly because she did have her sell phone. If she was "hyperventilating", "actually suffering medically" and "having a heat stroke" she would not have been able to record it in any way at all.
If you are "hyperventilating" you cannot talk. If you are suffering medically there would be some evidence in your voice. If you are "having a heat stroke" you would not be able to make a dispassionate recording saying that on your cell phone. This lady is an insane liar.
