Here is what I have learned because my son has mental disabilities and cannot wear a mask. Anyone anywhere can say to a store they have a medical reason they can’t wear one, then you can legally invoke HIPPA. You don’t have to tell them why. Just bring up “manager, ADA, and HIPPA” and you will see some ass kissing, and carefree shopping without a mask in all 50 states.
Very good. My special needs son also probably wouldn’t wear one. He would just refuse. Thanks to know we can do it.
