That said, no matter how you cut it, it isn’t just a “It’s his house” thing. He is on the clock 24x7 for the time he serves, as the assigned Secret Service can attest.

Biden’s got tons of legitimate problems, and issues, but this ain’t one of them.
I know my history quite well. “Skinny dipping” was always consudered, in my lifetime, a somewhat surreptitious activity. Men didn’t walk up to the pool, around others, and whip down their drawers and hop in. At least not in my upper-middle class milieu. And just like they could have asked for reassignment, which would have likely been a demotion, he could have just worn a swimsuit like a normal person.

The article implies that the skinny-dipping was in the privacy of his home, maybe in a backyard surrounded by fences, hedges. (And, no, I would never do that. I'm much too shy.)
