If you're looking for a movie to watch, and you have an interest in business, law, and politics, might I suggest "Dark Waters." The overall question this movie asks: What power does a cow farmer have against a very large company (and his town’s biggest employer) whose actions significantly impacts his livelihood, as well as the lives of the town’s residents without their knowing it? What makes this film so intriguing is that it is based on a true story, and in a dramatic way, you can say that it's sort of a "political thriller."

Sure, Mark Ruffalo is a misguided fella, but the movie’s substance transcends that.... I thought. I showed it to my Dad, and he thought it was very good too. And it doesn’t preach a leftist message. It chronicles the drama of what can happen when powerful entities decide to get political.
