“The question is...WHY are they so mute?”
Because they were writing checks with their mouths that their backsides cannot cover.

FWIW, I read she is pro bono. If successful I assume the Feds will pay her fees.
I believe Flynn's prior lawyers committed legal malpractice. I think that will become obvious.
If Powell is targeting anything, it's Mueller's crew, especially Andrew Weissman. She's loaded for that; her previous book is Licensed to Lie: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice. Weissman has a long and sordid history.
I think Flynn went from the worst possible representation to the best possible.

This is an epic, disgusting scandal for the ages. If Judge Sullivan, after the revelation of all of this monstrous deception and chicanery taking place in his court, cannot summon the personal integrity to summarily dismiss this case, then the time has well and truly arrived for President Trump to issue a full and complete pardon to General Flynn. Based on his prior behavior, the Judge will say he's deeply upset and then proceed as if it never happened. He's the same as Barr in the way.
It's going to come down to Trump to set this right.

Interesting. What is the legal analysis which led you to that belief?
