One big problem is that not everyone who receives a vaccine will seroconvert, which is what we Medical Technologists call having detectable antibody in the serum. Since I was in a high risk field, I received the early version of the Hepatitis B vaccine in 1983 which at that time was given in the hip. I did not develop an antibody, but that was so common that it was decided that giving it in the hip was ineffective. I no longer work in a hospital, but I do teach students who have to rotate through a hospital laboratory, so I have had the series of three shots in the arm, not once, but twice, and I still failed to seroconvert. I am not immunocompromised - in fact, I have a very good immune system having been exposed to so many different organisms throughout my career. In light of this, I am unlikely to be too susceptible to the Hepatitis B virus, but I am a good example of the fact that vaccines, once developed, do not always produce the desired outcome!

Here’s how you stop this. Make a law saying that the ID2020 card is also a voter ID card, and that only a ID2020 card or a state issued photo ED card is the only way you can vote.
Tie the ID2020 card to the ability to vote and see how quick this nonsense ends.
