Silly me, I thought journalists were supposed to investigate a story and check it’s veracity before printing, so as not to libel the innocent.
But then again, my favorite reporter stands for truth, justice, and the American way.

The sad thing is that many rely on these integrity-free liars for their “news”...even some people I know who are usually thought of as “bright”. Mainly, they are people of weak substance who don’t want their world view unsettled. Anything or anyone challenging their views is unsettling to them (which brings out their inner fascist): anger, denial, minimization and rude attacks based on their fears. They have lost their ability to function in a free society with the give-and-take of opposing viewpoints.
In a fair world, this article wouldn’t be necessary. At this point, why couldn’t the administration fire someone for blocking moving forward with hydroxychloroquine?! The MSM is winning the argument if President Trump supporters think that such an action had to be defended.
The New York Times story was filed as a followup to the debunked VA observational study.
AT this point, I would recommend that Obama holdovers have U-Haul or Mayflower Moving on their speed dial.

Isn’t he over at NIH now? I think the press asked Fauci about this guy and whether his “gifts” were better suited where he was instead of at NIH in his new role Fauci wouldn’t say where the guy’s “gifts” are best suited because he wouldn’t talk about anyone’s “gifts.”
I wouldn't put it past the Chinese gov't to undercut efficacy of any potential treatments and suddenly find something that works, that it alone controls.
In Sec of State Pompeo's news conference yesterday he mentioned China hasn't made any copy of the virus circulating there available to anyone.
