I think the panic and fear that this virus has generated is much worse than the virus.
I don’t wear a mask unless I can’t enter a store or business without one. I’ve been reusing the same surgical mask.
I don’t believe the lockdown has done anything other than prolong the problem. If herd immunity is impossible we are all going to die from the virus. If the lockdown continues for more than a few more weeks, then the number of suicides and drug overdoses is going to dwarf the number of people that are being reported as dying from the virus.
Wearing masks everywhere is not going to stop the virus. The plan by our panicky rulers has gone from “slowing the spread” to utterly destroying the economy.
I’m at high risk on three levels. If I get the virus, and eventually I will, I have a very high likelihood of not even knowing it.
At this point most everyone has probably been exposed to the virus. If not, then it is only a matter of time. You can hide in your bunker, but the virus is going to find you.
