Recently been reading about the Argentine rational, perspective and military behavior leading up to and during the Falklands War. Suffice it to say Argentina, from which this pope emanates is a very strange and sick society. Simply would not trust their judgement or expect them to act in an ethical or rational manner in almost any situation.
