First, this particular county is way out in the middle of nowhere, against the Canadian border on one side and a major Indian Reservation on the other side.....marginally having 7,000 residents in the whole county.
Second, I would be curious to how the state constitution is written and how they have this ability to limit customers.
I live in Spain, which (last time I checked) doesn’t have a Bill of Rights. Over Easter weekend the police were checking IDs and ticketed people who didn’t have a local address, even if they owned a vacation home here. They handed out 56 fines for 600 Euros each and arrested one person. One of my wife’s friends also told her about her neighbor who got a 600 euro ticket for non-essential shopping.
