I have added a Zinc supplement to my vitamin regimen.
What do I have to lose?
Copper I've heard. I have no idea how much copper a body needs. Suck a pre-80's penny maybe? Too much copper is toxic of course so don't ask me how much is required to offset depletion by Zinc.
And don't take too much Magnesium as that depletes Zinc.
Moderation in all things long term.
