What do I have to lose? Copper I've heard. I have no idea how much copper a body needs. Suck a pre-80's penny maybe? Too much copper is toxic of course so don't ask me how much is required to offset depletion by Zinc.
And don't take too much Magnesium as that depletes Zinc.
Moderation in all things long term.

Does anyone know if they allow the use of Trump Pills in Britain? I sure hope so because Boris Johnson needs to take them...PRONTO! Yes, they do. I don’t have a link, but I think someone on Fox, in arguing that we should be using Trump Pillls freely, asserted that many other countries - including Britain, allow it or mandate it.
