I can't tell if that is one statistic divided into two sub-categories or three separate statistics. In any case those numbers don't make sense and I don't think they came from the CDC.
You would be wrong. Numbers were directly from the CDC. Link provided in another post. All you have to do is take the averages for the periods in the original post.
But, I do apologize for the ham handed presentation. I am a newbie and will try to get better.
