The rationale for flattening the curve was so that hospitals would not be overwhelmed.

That's the only rationale I accept. By April 30, our hospitals should be prepared for a 2nd wave.

there has been no surge....we've had our hospitals closed down for the "surge".....

can they just realize they made a mistake?
