It’s an overblown, flu nothing more, that has cost the US trillions and we’ll never be the same.

There's not a big enough sample over time to convince me, though, and we know different areas in the country will be early or late to arrive.
Since NYC has the worst numbers, maybe just that area has peaked?
OTOH, with the shutdown maybe most areas will never ramp up to NYC's numbers?
Hoping, praying, and watching for more good numbers.
If this is really the peak, the Dems will try to take credit, of course. Were the models really that wrong, or did the media-led "PANIC" really save us after all? They'll be debating that for decades.

It seems overall to be steady at a certain increase per day of 1.1 to 1.2 fold total deaths.
Eg 100
Then 120, 144, 172, 207 etc...
So it’s increasing per day but the increase isn’t increasing per day.
it bounces so much and different localities jump up its hard to gage the whole thing.
For those with mild to medium cases yes it’s like other influenzas
For those with the most severe cases it is beyond nasty. It is fast and deadly. The best bet is see if your doc is up to prescribing malaria drugs if you get the worst case
Some areas are peaking, others are not even close to peaking. You need to ask how it is in your particular state for it to be meaningful to you.
NYC is saying there are around 200/day dying at home *probably* from the virus, but they don’t have the time or resources to test them.

One case I read on the Daily Mail a family member -guy in his 40’s no health conditions starting showing symptoms and 4 days later dead.
I really don’t get this virus. Some others are obese, diabetic test positive, ones who you would think are prime deathers, get some sniffles and flu and waltz right out of it.
For some isolation-madness reason, I thought of this when I read your post.
