The Pastor better go back and read his bible again: Matthew 22:21 Jesus said “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s; and to God the things that are God’s.” Romans 13:1 “Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities.
I think they’re idiots. That said, I don’t remember giving up the 1st Amendment. It doesn’t say “...unless a virus”. When the State begins arresting people we really need to be very clear about what power the State does or doesn’t have. This isn’t Martial Law.
It’d be nice for the SC to make some sort of statement.
