The Senate and House Intelligence committees were appraised of the shit storm coming in mid January. The data was there but the Senate and House were embroiled with the fraudulent impeachment proceedings. Late Jan and early February a learned person could see the writing on the wall. I pulled all I could without penalty from my 401K and marshaled my finances by Feb 7th. I rethink that I might have done better had I absorbed the penalty also.

When Trump established his corona virus task force on January 29th, there were fewer than 20 confirmed cases in the country, and no deaths. The Democratic-controlled House did not hold its first hearing until February 5th. In early February, WHO was still saying the virus was not much of a threat, as were New York health officials, Vox, and the New York Times, among others.

Around February 24th, more than three weeks after Trump's China travel ban - widely criticized on the left (including Joe Biden), Pelosi was still urging citizens to visit Chinatown, and on March 6th New York Mayor Bill Be Blasio was still urging citizens to mingle in public because he deemed the chance of infection to be low.

In response to leftist claims that Fox ignored the virus and is therefore guilty of people dying, Gutfeld and Carlson have played clips of themselves warning about the virus way back in January.
