The governors and some mayors in democratic states will do just the opposite of a Trump recommendation . Even to the point where they will deny people in their state the orange pill.

This is a National Emergency if the Federal government mandates the use of this treatment and these governors with this decision will have no recourse but to comply or face forcible removal from office. POTUS can declare martial law and holds all the cards.
