I would put my trust in a new gun owner before I would trust the vast majority of Police Officers, NONE of them can Shoot Straight. At the Gun Range we had in Simi Valley, the Police REFUSED to practice there because every private citizen from a Janitor to a CEO Smoked Them at the range.
