I explore the historical parallels between the government's response prior to and during the Spanish flu of 1918 and the drive to quarantine during the COVID19 outbreak.
Part of it is Government action or inaction. Part of it is differences in culture and lifestyle.
High population, high density Atlanta-Fulton County-DeKalb has a high number. Northwest suburbs Cobb, Cherokee and exurbia Bartow have higher numbers as a percentage of the population that Atlanta-Fulton Conty.
Nothest Gwinnett County has very low numbers for such a high population county. Because it has low numbers, the entire NE corridor along 85 has low numbers while the 75 corridor has very high numbers.
The entire Ocean front, river front and east central GA, Augusta, Savannah has a low incidence.
But sparsely populated has a very large cluster around Albany GA. It had 2 funerals, well attended by mourners who cried and hugged and kissed each other.
So we know why Albany cluster exists. But why is NE, East and SE GA so low compared to Atlanta and NW GA?
What is one doing right? What is one doing wrong?
Is this another video of yourself?
