The rooting for a disaster has become blatant. The reality I see is still a handful of deaths from this disease in the US - tragic, but about what you’d get from a bad weekend of violence in Chicago or Baltimore. Meanwhile, our economy is being destroyed, people are being thrown out of work, my 401k is bombed out, and government at all levels is issuing orders of questionable legality, infringing on freedom at all levels.
I suspect it will be closer to a year’s worth of violence in the big cities in toto, but if our efforts work, it certainly won’t be 6 or 7 figures like some of these people are saying.
