They are disagreeing because we will not get there if the plan works. That is why all the extraordinary precautions that seemed ridiculous AT THE MOMENT. The President has been trying to block the breakdown of the health system. The Demshoviks and media are NOT helping and are trying to stop the effort at every turn.
