I don't believe we are being played by MSM. This particular virus is highly contagious as seen by the world-wide pandemic. However, I agree it is doing significant economic damage to America and other nations. Once the virus flattens out, there's no telling how long the economical damage will last. That is the big question.
The silver lining I see is the de-coupling from China's control of many industries, as Pres. Trump warned.
