where several bags of meth and a male escort were found, the Miami Beach PD is legally required to release the
body cam footage in a speedy and prompt fashion......

THE THREE SMALL BAGGIES OF SUSPECTED NARCOTICS WERE IMPOUNDED AT THE MIAMI BEACH POLICE STATION PROPERTY AND EVIDENCE UNIT FOR DESTRUCTION. Seems to me some testing should be warranted to discover what was in the baggies, not destruction of the evidence.
